If you are an existing or former Melton Borough Council Tenant you should use the Create an Account (Current Applicants) option. You will then be asked to provide your rent reference number or person reference number. Your rent reference number can be found on your rent statement and you would need to contact Customer Services on 01664 502502, if you require your person reference number.
If you are approaching Melton Borough Council for the first time, you should select Register as a New Customer.
You can also view the properties that are currently being advertised by clicking on the Access CBL Without Registration button. However, please note you will not be able to place bids on properties here as you must be logged in to your application and the application must also be Active to place bids on properties.
